The creation of Reconstructed Nostalgia was an endeavor involving months of preparation, numerous plans and drawings, and extensive coordination of materials and labor.

Volunteers (below) were the final step in the process, lending assistance with the placement of over 8000 bricks on the gallery floor.

Installation of the floor took nearly an entire day, with the bricks covering over 2000 square feet.
