Electric Water Heaters

Here’s something new: ELECTRIC on-demand hot water heaters. Rumour is they’re relatively inexpensive ($500? Don’t hold me to this). The require a significant electrical load (2, 60 amp circuits for a small house). Nice design!

Gypcrete both a general and trademarked term that refers to lightweight concrete used for sound insulation and radiant floor heating. In the past, it was applied then covered up by wood or other flooring materials.
