		<description>Hi! (found your blog through the 100k house site.) We used this finish extensively on our woodwork and flooring in our new house, and it&#039;s really nice. There&#039;s almost no odor, it goes on smooth (although I recommend sanding between coats) and has been very durable so far. I love that it&#039;s made using whey, a by-product of the cheesemaking process. It&#039;s much nicer to work with than the normal toxic options.</description>
