(found your blog through the 100k house site.) We used this finish extensively on our woodwork and flooring in our new house, and it's really nice. There's almost no odor, it goes on smooth (although I recommend sanding between coats) and has been very durable so far. I love that it's made using whey, a by-product of the cheesemaking process.
