New Site Maps
Here are two new site map files with additional setback information and distance calculations. Main house has been slightly adjusted to conform to actual measurements. The drawing on the left is a small-scale, 8.5 x 11 rendering. The drawing on the right is 11×17 and contains additional info on adjacent properties. Click on the images to download the PDF
A Few additional notes:
- Eave Overhang is 8″ on sides; 12-13″ on front and back. Larger overhang over entrance (3′). Short overhang on laundry room in back (5″)
- Difficult to tell the exact location of property lines, but it appears there is 4′ 6″ on the east side and approx 5′ 6″ on the west.
Some information about our current living areas:
- Living Room: 224 sq. ft. (includes approx 50 sq. ft. of walkway from front door to kitchen. Actual “living” space is about 175 sq. ft. A bit cramped once you remove the walkway and add furniture)
- Bedroom: 110 sq. ft. (OK, could be slightly larger)
- Guest Room: 110 sq. ft. (largely unused except for storage)
- Bathroom: 35 sq. ft. (a little tight, but well-designed. Does not include storage drawers in hallway)
- Dining Area: 154 sq. ft. (spacious!)
- Kitchen Area: 143 sq. ft. (about right)
- Laundry/Mud Room: 65 sq. ft. (includes a deep sink and toilet - hardly used)
- Bedroom Closet (2): 12 sq. ft. ea. (12 sq. ft. is too small for two people)
- Additional Closet Space (2): 6 sq. ft. ea. (works - could use more storage)
